This includes speakers, coordinators or those responsible for workshops and rooms, volunteers, and attendees of any activity. Registration is mandatory, even if entry is free of charge, as it allows us to organize the event efficiently and ensure that everyone can enjoy the activities.

People interested in collaborating with the Congress as part of the volunteer team must register in advance by completing the corresponding form. This registration is necessary so that the organization can efficiently coordinate the team, including accommodation, meals, and other logistical matters.

Individuals and organizations who, in addition to attending the Congress, wish to give a talk, workshop, or other activity must submit a proposal with all the relevant details within the established deadlines.
